Membership Agreement

1. Parties

a) Diassi Home, operating the activities of the www.diassihome.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY").

b) Internet user who becomes a member of the www.diassihome.com website ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member to benefit from the www.diassihome.com website owned by Diassi Home.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during the membership process on the www.diassihome.com website is accurate under the law and that the COMPANY will compensate all damages that the COMPANY will incur due to the inaccuracy of this information, in full and immediately.

3.2. The Member cannot give the password provided by the COMPANY to other individuals or organizations, and the right to use the password belongs exclusively to the Member. Therefore, the COMPANY reserves the right to claim compensation for all kinds of damages and other claims that may be made against the COMPANY by third parties or authorized authorities due to unauthorized use.

3.3. The Member undertakes to comply with the legal regulations while using the www.diassihome.com website and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will be entirely and exclusively binding on the Member.

3.4. The Member cannot use the www.diassihome.com website in a way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, harasses and disturbs others, is illegal for any purpose, and violates the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the Member cannot engage in activities and transactions that prevent or complicate others from using the services of others (spam, virus, Trojan horse, etc.).

3.5. The opinions and thoughts expressed, written, and used by members on the www.diassihome.com website are solely the personal opinions of the members and bind the owner of the opinion. These opinions and thoughts have no connection with the COMPANY. The COMPANY shall not be liable for any damages that may be incurred by third parties due to the opinions and thoughts declared by the member, and for any damages that the member may incur due to the opinions and thoughts declared by third parties.

3.6. The COMPANY shall not be liable for unauthorized reading of member data by unauthorized persons and damages that may occur to member software and data. The Member expressly agrees not to claim compensation from the COMPANY for any damage that may arise due to the use of the www.diassihome.com website.

3.7. The Member agrees not to access the software and data of other Internet users without permission or use them. In this case, all legal and criminal liabilities arising from this will be entirely the responsibility of the Member.

3.8. The Member who violates one or more of the articles mentioned in this membership agreement shall be personally responsible for this violation in criminal and legal terms, and the right of the COMPANY to claim compensation from the Member for the legal and criminal consequences of these violations is reserved.

3.9. The COMPANY has the right to delete the membership of the Member unilaterally at any time, to delete the files, documents, and information belonging to the customer, and the Member has agreed to this disposition in advance. In this case, the COMPANY has no liability.

3.10. The software and design of the www.diassihome.com website are owned by the COMPANY, and their copyright and/or other intellectual property rights are protected by relevant laws and cannot be used, acquired, or modified without permission from the Member. Other companies and products mentioned in this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. The COMPANY may collect certain information, including the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed during the visit, and the Internet address of the website used to access the site, for the purpose of improving and developing the www.diassihome.com website and/or in accordance with legal regulations.

3.12. The COMPANY may disclose the personal information of the Member if it is required by law or deemed necessary by the COMPANY in good faith to (a) comply with legal requirements and comply with legal processes notified to the COMPANY; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of the COMPANY and the www.diassihome.com website family.

3.13. The www.diassihome.com website has been taken precautions within the available facilities to be free of viruses and similar software. In addition, the member is responsible for providing its own virus protection system and ensuring the necessary protection for its own software and operating systems. In this context, by entering the website, the member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences due to the use of the website.

3.14. The COMPANY reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate any service provided to users on the www.diassihome.com website, as well as the content of the site, at any time. Any amended, updated, or repealed provision shall be effective for all members as of the publication date.

3.15. The Parties acknowledge and declare that all computer records of the COMPANY constitute the sole and real exclusive evidence as specified in Article 287 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HUMK).

3.16. The COMPANY has the right to send informative emails to the electronic mail address of the member and informative SMS messages to the mobile phone of the member. The member is deemed to have accepted the sending of informative emails to the email address and informative SMS messages to the mobile phone when the member confirms this membership agreement.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or until the membership is canceled by the COMPANY. In the event of a violation of any provision of this membership agreement by the member, the COMPANY may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership.

5. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, Inegol Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

6. Effective Date

The member's registration on www.diassihome.com website means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the moment the Member becomes a member.
